Karlstad is a great base for exploring the surrounding area, and this hotel made our road trip even more enjoyable. The central location allowed us to easily access all the attractions and activities, making it perfect for our family vacation.

My kids wished there was a larger play area or a kids' club in the hotel.

Good hotel for a visit in Karlstad. Breakfast and dinner were perfectly all right. We were here for one night passing through and were satisfied. We could even park for free, as we happened to arrive on Sunday.

The staff here is amazing. On my first visit, they even gave me a taxi number. This place has it all - Wi-Fi, storage, bar, restaurant, gym, pool. I'll be back for Easter!

This hotel is located in the centre of the city on one of the shopping streets. Parking in front of the hotel is possible max. for loading and unloading, but sometimes difficult to realize. Otherwise you can park in the car park opposite for a fee. Those who wish a high standard of the dinner do not need to use the half board, as its buffet choice is very clear and if one does not get the just refilled food, the food is also not long warm. There are enough restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast buffet is completely o.k.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! the location was perfect for us as it was just across the train station, making it super convenient for our early train departure. Moreover, this place was centrally situated, making it easy for us to explore all the sights in the city on foot or by bus.

This venue had all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and even a sitting area with comfortable garden furniture. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed watching television on the flat-screen TV provided.

The hotel has a lovely Art Deco vibe and the staff were courteous and always ready to assist. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast, dinner, and fika provided were a pleasant surprise. our stay was super enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Great location close to the train station and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The included buffet dinner was a nice treat, with plenty of options to choose from. The breakfast spread was also good, with fresh pastries and fruits.

The room was a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations. The bathroom was the biggest issue, with old fixtures and a leaky shower.
